Once your documents and profile are approved, you’ll earn a Verified Badge. This boosts trust and increases your chances of getting booked, since clients prefer verified professionals.

To get verified, please complete the supplier registration process and submit the required information through the Eventchy supplier registration page.

Verification requirements may vary depending on your business type. Eventchy may request business documents, representative authorization, and other details needed to confirm your supplier profile.

Your services can appear on Eventchy after your supplier account has been onboarded.

Once onboarding is complete, you’ll be able to list your services, packages, photos, rates, and other business details for clients to discover inside the app.

Yes. Suppliers can manage their listings and availability, including updating, pausing, or hiding services when needed.

This gives you control over when your services are visible and available for client inquiries or bookings.

You can review the client’s request, event details, selected service, and booking information before accepting or declining.

Clients pay the supplier through the supplier’s accepted payment method. Eventchy helps organize the booking, contract, payment proof upload, and supplier confirmation process.
